“You must not let anyone define your limits because of where you come from. Your only limit is your soul.” – Ratatouille
She carried the wounds from her past and was chained to the stories that the world wrote for her. Slowly she fell in love with the darkness around.
He entered her life determined to spread his light. He embraced her with her past, kissed the wounds with love, respect and understanding. He held her hand and together they started rewriting their life.
Rewriting was tough. She found herself slipping away into the darkness and each time that happened, they fought. There were days they didn’t talk to each other, nights when they slept angry and never did they bother.
“You have to choose the light” he would tell her.
“I can’t” she’d cry.
“You’ve to choose love and forgiveness and give yourself one more chance. You’ve to start seeing yourself through my eyes” he’d reply.
And then she told herself, ‘Its enough! Things must change and I must transform’
She decided to break the chains and pen her story, herself. For the first time in her life she was walking to embrace the light.
